C2 Security

Severely disabled woman with a French bulldog- ESA- emotional support animal, EU registered. Life is hard enough as it is, but this year has been insanely tough for me having meningitis on my brain/nervous system and nearly dying whilst my mum was dying of stage4 cancer- died 14th may 2024. I was in university hospital Galway in April with a right side facial collapse,loss of sight,hearing and balance. I was allowed out of hospital to attend my baby, my dog bayli#boo on his own Instagram, doesn't bark or bite. Tescos Galway shopping centre has been a lifeline. I'm now deaf right ear and blind right eye with tinnitus,bipolar and ptsd trying to adapt to life changing illness and loss of my mum only 70 in February only diagnosed xmas 2023. So to be harassed by the Pakistani security who is scared of my dog- any dog-I'm like Jesus when I go back to Bradford UK, is appalling. I aren't here to condemn your staff as the old Irish guy, years of professionalism and experience under his belt is the epitome of decorum. Start of April the same Pakistani security man Galway shopping centre caused my accident, he jumped out of the way as I asked for help to remove the tag from sunglasses because direct sunlight being sensitive to it and no top layer of my eyes,I ended up getting sunlight in my eyes,bashed my head against the wall and broke 2 fingers. They snapped 90degrees when I fell landed on them. I was harassed again by the same man, passers by staring. I kept my cool which is hard under the circumstances but this man makes a bee-line for me every time. I am respectful,courteous, mindful of others. I had just previously minutes before been speaking to tescos staff. I live locally, 2 minutes from this shopping centre and its not often I come into high volume areas with my registered EU support animal, who wouldn't hurt a flee. I'm asking you as a company to educate your employees about discrimination. Life isn't easy but it shouldn't be made hard by the minority thanks
